What exactly is included each month?
Each visit follows our monthly checklist: inspections, maintenance, light repairs, and documentation. Seasonal “Big 3” services (gutter cleaning, exterior window cleaning, and house washing) are included annually.
Do I need to provide anything for the service?
Yes, homeowners provide consumables like filters, bulbs, and batteries unless otherwise arranged. Just make sure pets are secured, and our team handles the rest.
What happens if I need a bigger repair?
If we find an issue over the $150 auto-approval limit, we’ll provide a quote before doing any additional work. You’re always in control.
How does billing work?
Payments are automatically debited on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee (or 5% of balance) applies after 10 days, and accounts 30+ days late may be paused.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. If canceled before the 12-month term ends, you’ll only owe 50% of the remaining months plus the retail value of any “Big 3” services already completed.
What if the weather is bad on my service day?
No problem — we’ll reschedule within 7 business days to keep you on track.
Do you guarantee against leaks, pests, or mechanical failures?
No, our services are preventive and general maintenance. We’re not a substitute for licensed professionals (plumbing, electrical, roofing, HVAC, etc.), but we help you spot problems early before they become costly.
